What is this store’s refunds and returns policy?

I do my best to accurately describe and photograph each item. Note that because each item is made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in the event that an error was made on our behalf. If you believe an error was made, contact us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered. For returns on these items, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and must not have come in contact with smoke or pets.

If there is damage to an item upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage so we can make it right. Please note all our breakable items, such as coffee mugs, will ship priority mail with insurance to ensure both us and you are protected and items can be replaced as quickly as possible.
